SPLIT SYSTEM AIR CONDITIONERS- A Split system air conditioner comprises of 2 main components. One half of the system, the condenser, is installed externally and the other half the fan coil is installed internally and this is why they are called split system air conditioners. When the split system is in cooling mode the warm air from inside the room is taken by the fan coil and removed resulting in cold air recirculating in the room and when used in reverse mode the system pumps out warm toasty warm air
Split system air conditioners are designed to heat or cool the room they are installed in. We supply and install split systems air conditioners that meet strict environmental and safety standards and run on ozone safe non – flammable, nontoxic and highly efficient refrigerants. Split systems are ideal if you’re looking at heating or cooling a specific room or office space.
INVERTOR TECHNOLOGY- Inverter technology is the key to constant comfort all year round as it maintains a constant temperature, saves on running cost by using less energy consumption and produces relatively less noise while operating. Split system air conditioners units come in a variety of models.
MULTI HEAD SPLIT SYSTEM -Multi head split systems allows multiple head units to be connected to a single out door condenser. These systems are great when there is limited outdoor space. These systems also give you the comfort of having independent temperatures in different rooms.
CEILING CASSETTES- Ceiling cassettes are cleverly designed so as they can be attached to ceilings for greater flexibility when there is limited wall space. Ceiling cassettes are more commonly used in commercial applications but are also suitable for homes with limited wall space for wall hung units.
BULKHEAD SYSTEMS- A bulkhead system can be installed where a standard wall mount split system is not possible due to lack or wall space of if the ceilings are concrete. A bulkhead is quiet and suitable for any application
DUCTED SYSTEMS- A fully ducted system provides heating or cooling to every room of your home or business premises through insulated flexible ducting located in the ceiling or under the floor.
Outdoor/Indoor Units : The outdoor condenser is located in a suitable position and can be either at ground level or mounted on brackets on the wall. The unit is connected to the indoor fan coil unit, which is located in the ceiling, by refrigeration pipe work and electrical controls.
Grilles: The air is distributed through multi-directional ceiling grilles to provide even air flow to every part of the room. These can be either square, round or linear and come in a range of sizes in either plastic or metal.

Air quality is assured via a washable filter in the return air grille. For those with extra sensitivity electrostatic air purification filters are available on request.
Controls: A user friendly electronic control located in a convenient location on the wall gives you optimum control over the temperature to maintain ‘total indoor comfort’ . These come fully programmable with 7 day time clock, fan speed selection & zone operation.
Zoning : Zoning means dividing the rooms into separately controlled areas. Each zone can be switched on or off as the need arises, e.g. Day Zone (Living Areas) and Night Zone (Bedrooms). This is a cost and energy efficient option.
Electrical Power Supply on any system: Most small to medium size systems will operate with single phase, while larger systems will require 3 phase. We can co-ordinate with your preferred electrical contractor to ensure your new system is up and running the same day.
We can design a system perfectly suited to your needs, whether to an existing building or new. We can visit your premises for a free on site survey or design a system from your plans to be programmed into the construction of the building. For more information and prices on any of the above systems, please call or email us today.
